We are now closed until further notice. Following government advice, we have made the decision to temporarily close our workshop from today - 23rd March 2020 - to protect our staff, our customers and in support of the NHS. We place the lives of people above anything else and the importance of the need to stop the spread of COVID-19.
We can still take customer enquiries over the telephone or by email. We also ask for your continued support, perhaps give us a shout out on socia...l media, write a review or a referral.
This is a challenging and uncertain time. But it will pass. During this time we are seeing the best of humanity with incredible stories of kindness and community spirit. [Covid-19 update] First up we just wanted to say that we hope you are safe and well. This is a trying time and here at Bath VW Campers, as an independent business, we are hoping to remain open. However, we do place the lives of people above anything else and the importance of the need to slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
We recognise that we have a responsibility to protect the health of our team and our customers. We are continuing to adhere to government guidelin...es, we are monitoring the developing situation closely and have made changes to our working practices. We have implemented strict hygiene procedures and minimising unnecessary contact. We will remain open for the time being and will continue to fulfil conversion orders that have been placed & prepare a fleet of campers available for sale. If you are planning on visiting us, please phone ahead to make sure we are open. Social distancing is important right now to protect people and we would like to encourage customer enquiries to be over the telephone or by email. Through technology, it will mean that if you are self isolating, you can have a ‘contactless’ visit and we can give you a virtual tour of our campers through video or live on your mobile. We also ask for your continued support, perhaps give us a shout out on social media, write a review or a referral.
