BathroomsbyDesign was recommended to us as a good place to go for our new bathroom.Chris in sales at the Richmond showroom gave us great advice and his understanding and expertise has helped us make the most of the small space we had available. He was very patient and helpful and made the process much less stressful than it might have been. We would highly recommend their services - we have another bathroom to do in the near future and will definitely be going back.

We have ordered two bathrooms with BathroomsByDesign and Chris has been fantastic working with us throughout the process. He went above and beyond designing the bathrooms with us, both doing the 3D planning (on screen and in VR) and walking us through the showroom selecting all the individual items and materials. He was also superbly helpful in getting us the best quality at highly competitive prices and recommending great builders for installation. Highly recommended!
