Battlefield Falconry Centre

A fantastic place to visit. The birds are very well trained and beautiful to see up close. We tried the 'experience which was well worth it. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

This is a magnificent place. Mark and Val were truly amazing. I visited with my 92 year old mother who was in a wheelchair. I paid for us to have a half hour owl experience and what an awesome experience it was. Mark is very knowledgeable and expertly passed on some of this knowledge. I can not recommend this place high enough it should be a must on everyone's list of places to visit

You can spend a great couple of hours here. The shop, cafe and owl centre gives you plenty to do and see. Whether it's a coffee or a meal u want it's all very well done. There are plenty of falcons and owls to see as well as expert guides to show you round. It does help if the sun's out as u have limited shelter from the rain. Look out for gatsby, he's a real character.

Booked an experience at the centre well worth the money. Staff very knowledgeable don't miss the opportunity to get up and close..

Bought a bird handling experience for my partner, as she was very nervous, Mike let her chose to do a short bird handling session and a short hawk walk.
He was fantastic with sue. And obviously loves his birds.
If visiting the area, I world highly recommend booking an experience.
I was given one of these experiences 20 years ago and it's still the best present I have ever had.
The entrance is along a concrete road, beware and do Not go along the farm track my GPS sent me along. It was not fun having to reverse all the way back along it.
