With my many years of working in the recruitment industry and my partner having over 20 years working hands on in the construction industry, we felt our joint knowledge and experience would stand us in good stead to set up a business of our own, and so the idea for Bau Recruitment was born. The reason we chose Bau as a name. Translated it's the German word for build or construction but it can also mean business as usual which is what we want for our clients, for their business to run as usual, and we know putting the right staff in the right roles at the right time is essential. Based on a hands-on understanding of the industry itself along with good recruitment practice, we aim to work in partnership with our candidates and clients alike, ensuring we find the right people for the right jobs whilst always working with our core values in mind: Integrity, Excellence, Commitment.
