The Bavarian Village is the place to be for feasting, frolics and festive fun during your visit to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland this year. There's fantastic entertainment across the Bavarian Hall, The Rotunda, and the outdoor stage from Frontal, Die Junx, Joseph, Mikey Mike and Michael Leavy Jr and Zac Bauman.
Throughout the village you'll find tasty treats to keep you warm including bratwursts, veggiewursts, mulled wine, hot chocolate, churros, and crepes.
Sample traditional ...German delights from Heidi's Kitchen such as our Oktoberfest style chicken, Oktoberfest pork leg, Mr Bratwurst Bavarian style, pretzels and pan-fried potatoes with bacon. There are also plenty of vegetarian options available including Veggiewursts, Bavarian style gnocchi, sautéed mushrooms and pizzas.

What a fantastic day at winter wonderland. Have to give special praise to Julian and his staff for looking after us all day such a friendly guy and very helpful I wish him a merry Christmas

Saw Frontal and Joseph on Tuesday night and they were great entertainment, particularly Joseph. Food and drink a little expensive but no complaints as the entrance and entertainment were free. Well worth it when these guys are performing. Brilliant night, if a little surreal!

On Wednesday we visited the Bavarian Village, the food was very delicious mulled wine and cold beer too. Great atmosphere, live music. I highly recommend.

Joseph the Entertainer was so bad, it was brilliant. Good to sing along to songs, that drowned out the singer. Atmosphere was great. Not too long a wait at the pub. Expensive drinks but it's what you expect going there. Lots of choice of foods. Some of the staff could do with cheering up, but to be honest that increased our giggles. We went last year thought it was excellent, came back again this year was bigger and better, no doubt be back again next year.

It was first visit - absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is brilliant and we loved it ....by far the best place to be in all of the Wonderland 👍💯% recommend a visit ...you won't be disappointed 👍

I had the best time tonight at Bavarian Village! The kindest most accommodating staff especially Jullian & Andra at the VIP bar! Loveliest people I am proud to call friends! Can’t wait to see them again xxx thank you both �

Cracking friendly atmosphere, regular turn-round of band/singer. Excellent mixture of old and new songs that all the crowd sing along too. Good service at bars, even during busy periods,made easier by wireless card payment, and bar staff already pouring the lovely Bavarian Gold. All the favourite German food dishes available. Well marshalled with clean-up staff keeping the tables clear.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both here and throughout the Winter Wonderland

Anywhere that asks me for ID when I’m 38 gets 5 stars for me! Come here ever year. Always a great atmosphere and surprisingly fun staff given the hours they put in!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Song choice was brilliant and featured many sing-a-long songs which we all did, loudly. We had a fantastic time and the only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is because it's expensive! We spent an absolute fortune but did walk away with amazing memories.

The place is perfect for families with kids, the food is very good, reflects the bavarian spirits although the persons who are in the counter are not too friendly... You have to choose better the staff who attend the guests!

Just 3 stars this year! The german band in the hall much more worse then year before. Not even one good male voice, everybody out of tune and don't move or entertain, Ear and Eyecancer !!!! Nobody looks like they have fun except the girl is again rocking the stage - What a power and voice !!! Joseph the legend is amazing and doing very great!!! Give him more hours in the hall, would be more fun and success! The Almhuette is a great new extra - I love it! Food getting better this year! Atmosphere is still great! I still recommend! See ya tonight...

Joseph was great yesterday shame he wasn’t on in the main bar we seen him last year he gets the crowd going, drink was so expensive no spirits (vodka) in the main bar!!

Great once inside but the security queueing system seriously needs to be looked at for next year. There is no fast track for people without bags, and the sheer amount of pushing, elbowing and shunting in the ‘queue’ is not controlled by security at all.

6th year at Winter Wonderland and this year was incredibly disappointed about the music for a number of reasons.

1) Josef was not on the main stage

2) Full frontal didn't come on until so late

3) the Oompah band on the main stage created the wrong atmosphere

4) the two guys were terrible. They were singing over the music and not even trying to pretend they were singing live

5) At times there was no music at all.

Cold mulled wine. Cold pan fried potatoes, in fact the worst I've ever tasted, awful. Cold sauerkraut & sent the bratwurst back twice till I got one that wasn't old & dry!



It was really horrible in the Almshutte/Heidi's Kitchen. The bratkartoffel (pan fried potatoes) were like cheap old tinned new potatoes sliced up with tiny bits of speck (chopped bacon pieces). Absolute rubbish for £12 and a cup of cold mulled wine at £5.50........a real rip-off!



I'd had a mulled wine earlier from a different stall and it was hot and delicious.



The sausages on other stalls were so much better looking and even looked hot.



Next time I go I'm getting my bratwurst from the kiosk on the left of the main gate as you go in.

Winter wonderland is usually brilliant, but the bright spark who proposed the idea of kicking out 100's of drunk people out of the Bavarian Village at 5.30pm on Saturday 16/12/17, one of the busiest days, needs to have a serious look at themselves. People who had to leave and re-enter had to queue amongst 100's of extremely squashed people being shouted at by the poor security who were totally unprepared for the scale of the situation and unable to herd the crowds safely. I saw a couple of people being trampled on and a girl pass out as she was unable to breath. Merry Christmas Winter Wonderland, hope you made your profits that day for the sake of relaying a few tables and putting everyone at risk �

Very over priced. Some of the food was rubbish. In the staged area there was to many fancy dress party's and they was very drunk throwing things across at each other not giving any worries about the children. Security in that venue Was poor

I can understand prices are high and they charge deposits for glass and cups when you purchase drinks. But wouldn't you just refund if I bring back the glass. Shame on you mr. Eugen vinersar I wouldn't mind loosing 4£ but never step in the village again all because of you.
