Lovely hotel. Big rooms.food is lovely staff are very cheerful and polite.they welcome you from when your on coach. They take your cases in for you. Hotel is clean lovely furbishment. Entertainment is brilliant.

Staff very helpful, avoid paying £5.00 per day in the car park, buy from hotel a parking ticket for £1.60 per stay and park on the street outside the hotel.
Excellent welcome and looked after very well for our meeting.
We were there at the end of May, we were given a small room fifties style, the window was rotten, food average nothing special, the best thing was the breakfast good choices, entertainment rubbish, the bar poor beer. The whole Scarborough needs a lift up.
Reception staff excellent very helpful
We were there for 4 days last week and could not have been any better food was top class all week morning and night rooms were very clean and quiet no noise from traffic would recommend it to anybody it was first class would go back there any time waters all very pleasant and Pam on the reception nothing was to much trouble for her, Thanks for making it a very stay ,
