We are a Learning and Development training company. Our main focus is on learning and development for organisations, teams and individuals. L& D and training is our work passion and expertise and has been for over 25 years. Research has shown that businesses that invest in training their staff, not just in technical skills, but also in what is often referred to as ‘soft skills' achieve better results (the bottom line). Learning Styles and OptionsMany learners find attending courses or corporate training intimidating, impersonal and sometimes scary. We believe that learning should be; fun, experiential and practical, We use fidget toys and music to aid concentration (when appropriate) and a focus on activities rather than teaching to aid the retention of 'real' learning. We don't like to take the ‘sheep dip' approach, so we deliver at our client sites or in a local venue. The group size will depend on the client, or we can offer one to one learning. What we can deliverWe have 'off the shelf courses' or or we can develop bespoke learning solutions to fit our clients business, at a price that is truly affordable. We always offer great value by working in partnership with our clients to achieve the outcome they want (small or large organisations alike). We like to work closely with any registered charities who might need to make their budgets stretch a little further. Our 'off the shelf' courses include courses of 2-day, 1-day duration and shorter 'Quick learning' sessions (sessions which last from 90 minutes to 1 /2 day).
