Bbo Bridges

In collaboration with 29 delivery partners, BRIDGES aims to provide an individualised and broad approach to help those with multiple barriers through individually tailored support that meets their needs and enables them to move closer towards employment. Notably, this project specialises in helping those with mental and physical health issues and disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, those belonging to the LGBTQ + community, refugees and migrants, along with many more. Through this service, participants are able to access one-to-one mentoring; confidence and motivational workshops; CV, application and job search support; and volunteering opportunities. This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund.
