Most of the people who complain about this cafe are ex friends of staff working there or dead beats that have nothing better to do than complain all the time about everything I've been going there for a long time and I do not recognise the complaints that have been made



Some people are never satisfied and no matter what you do for some people they would never be happy has not been disabled friendly rubbish the staff of move the tables around to give ample room for mobility scooters on wheelchairs down both sides of the tables and kept a large area now clear so that it's easy for people to use with wheelchairs so again absolutely rubbish

Just passing and thought I'd stop for a Coffee and Baguette Meal Deal.

Was served by a Lovely Member of Staff ( Female ) who I found out after chatting to her was also from London. We had a good ole chat whilst she was making my drink. Wish I could have stopped and chatted for longer.

Such a lovely and pleasant member of staff. A Credit to your company. Will be back for a catch up again soon ��

Friendly staff and lovely coffee! MY FAVE CAFE ��

Very disappointed, the baguettes were sold out apart from two meat ones and we wanted 3 either cheese or egg, the manager said that’s it for today, it was only 12.15pm we ask if she could make a couple more and the answer was no as have nothing left. We then chose something else. When we finished we looked in the cabinet and she had put more fresh ones in which she was making, we ask her why she said she could not make us up any she said because she was busy, not anyone else in the queue at the time. But before she told us nothing left. Make your mind up. We ask to see the manager as she was very rude, she said I am the manger. Not going back there no customer service just pure rudeness in front of my 80 year old mother.

Today was the last straw, I have never really been impressed with this place.

There are always flies lingering not only around the food but can also be found on the seats. Today I waited for my sons and my drink to be made, some was spilt upon putting it on my tray and the lady wiped up the side of my coffee with a dirty dish cloth, expressing my disgust with this was told "it's only for coffee"..... a clean paper towel would have sufficed and could be thrown away.

Previous visits I've seen the same cloth used to wipe the counters.

The food prep areas are always very untidy looking.

I shall not be coming here again.
