We received excellent service this afternoon when we went in to buy two tents for a Guiding trip to Iceland. Harry and the other staff were all extremely helpful and we are very pleased with our tents.

We had been looking to replace our brilliant old Skool Outwell Montana tent with an air (pump up) version and couldn't find one on display anywhere. We phoned up in the morning and the staff were amazingly helpful, offering to put one up for us to see. They were also happy for me to deflate it and then have a go at pumping it up myself. It was so simple! The shop looks small from the outside but has so much space and an upstairs where more tents are out to be looked at, as well as caravans and trailer tents. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff obviously had plenty of knowledge without being "hard sell". We are looking forward to a simpler camping experience thanks to our all new air tent.

We came here to have a look for a tent & were welcomed by Georgie who was an absolute diamond!!! She genuinely couldn't have been more helpful.

She showed us in & out of at least half the tents that were set up, she was popping compartments up & down to show us the different areas that were available in them, she let my husband test out what it was like to pump part of the air tent up, she answered all our questions (now matter how daft they were) & she even offered to help carry our pray up/down the stairs.

If she hadn't have been so unbelievably helpful we would probably have walked out empty handed but instead we came out with a huge purchase that we are over the moon with.

She really is an asset to the company, thanks you soooo much again!

To neal & simon I can't thank you enough we have received the replacement air tent illusion 800xl . We didn't hold out much hope when we experienced the problems with the other product due to bad experiences with other outlets . But you guys have surpassed expectations exactly one week from first e-mail we receive our new tent . We are extremely pleased with the service we have received we have also recomended BCH Camping to other potential customers from another outlet not only are you cheaper but the service was brilliant . very many thanks again for everything you have done for us .

They were great when I needed a very large footprint groundsheet for my tent - couldn't get one to fit anywhere and although the only one bch had was in trowbridge, they brought it to the chippenham shop so I didn't need to drive so far from the motorway. Really nice people, excellent service.

The customer service at the Trowbridge branch is great: every time my fiancé and I have gone in we've always left with the best advice possible.

We popped in the other day to get me some new walking boots (my fiancé had already purchased his from you a few weeks before) and Simon was really helpful and accommodating - finding me all sorts of walking boots in different sizes until I found the perfect ones (turns out they were the more expensive...!)

Please keep it up, it's our one stop shop for all things walking �

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, who had the time to discuss our needs and listen to our questions and concerns and actually pay us the attention we wanted.



We got a great deal on a tent with extras in the end too and wouldn't hesitate in returning for future purchases as we embark on years of family camping holidays with our two boys. They even carried it all out to the car for us.



I'm a fan of shopping locally and using independent businesses anyway and this company prove my theory right, much better customer service and value for money than large, national, faceless chain stores.



With 3 locations including a massive show room, and a really nice and detailed website, they have it all spot on.



I think the only thing missing now is a loyalty card as I think we'll be totting up the 'points' in the coming months and years!

Professional service from Eric who sold our caravan for us within 10 days, main caravan dealers were not interested. Fair price achieved with no hassle. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brought back a Cadac cooker today a bit worse for wear! I found the staff most helpful and understanding although they had never had any problem with Cadac before. They readily exchanged my 6 week old cooker for a new one. Thanks, guys. I have used you (both Trowbridge and Chippenham) many times; rest assured I'll be seeing you again! First class!!

Bought an awning and other pieces of equipment from the Towbridge store in April. Unfortunately on our third trip out we had a problem with the awning (manufacturer fault) and contacted BCH. Neal replied swiftly by email to say no problem and he'd let the Trowbridge branch know we were coming in. Sure enough when we took it back today the staff were fully informed and refunded our awning without a quibble. Problems can happen but it's how a retailer deals with it that sets them apart. Would thoroughly recommend BCH and we'll be back. Thanks team!
