BDesign7 is a RIBA Chartered practice providing architectural, interior design, master planning, urban design and project management services. We have the experience of working for property developer (Countryside Properties) inhouse design team. Since inception of BDesign7 we have been providing master planning services to other property developers and architects. As a result, we have the knowledge and understanding of the need to streamline the design process from master planning concept stage, through construction to completion. We can explore density and unit mix for our clients through using BIM (data linked models) at master planning stage. It enables us to provide information on different unit type mix and the impact of unit type on density in real time. This information is valuable for appraisals and enables our clients to take informed decisions throughout the design process as the design is evolving. Using data linked models allows us to generate schedules for various entities, accurately in real time. Our clients get the benefit of our research and development into BIM and data linked models. We have invested a lot of time into our design process so that we can automate the production of tedious information. It then enables us to spend more time on design and thus delivering distinctive, high-quality architecture response to all our sites.
