Be Beautiful North West Training Academy has been established 30 years, and we specialise in all hairdressing courses we are VCTC approved and we deliver nvq2 and nvq3 to the highest standard, enable students to have a rewarding hairdressing career.

When considering a change of career into beauty therapy or nail technology, it is extremely important to consider the qualifications needed in order to gain employment. VRQ qualifications are valued by employers because they prove that you have completed an accomplished beauty course and therefore are able to perform proficiently in your job.
Holding these prestigious awards shows an employer that you are committed to your career and have invested time and effort into gaining the relevant qualifications. In some areas of the country, this qualification will be required to obtain a licensed practice.
As an extensively qualified beautician with over twenty year’s professional experience, I have been the proprietor of two successful salons and The Be Beutiful North West Training Academy.
The Training Academy offers a variety of courses that are specifically designed to meet the needs of both the beauty practitioner and those aspiring to a position within the beauty industry. The professionally accredited courses are delivered by highly trained, experienced and motivated staff in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
With a maximum of six students per course of instruction, class sizes are designed to be small to ensure full understanding and maximum staff-student interaction. Formal instruction, practical application and a final knowledge check form the basis of each session. Course notes are provided to supplement the training and facilitate full understanding.
One-to-one training sessions and refresher courses are also available for those with special requirements. In house training can also be accommodated upon request.
Upon completion of a course of instruction, we provide an aftercare service to compliment the initial delivery and support our valued customers.

SPECIALISED TRAINING IN ALL WAXING
Train to become a professional Harley Waxing specialist (and get insured with confidence).
A) Our complete waxing course for absolute beginners so that you can complete a waxing treatment on the underarm, face, arms and legs, a standard bikini, and bottom on ladies.... Our training is both theory and practical to give you the confidence and skill to perform on clients. We will not let you leave the training until you are confident. The three day course covers both hot and strip waxing. No previous experience is needed for this course. Approximately two and a half days are required. They are very small classes. You must be able to speak English. Cost - £450 including VAT.
Qualifications gained: The Guild of Professional Beauty Qualification (recognised by BABTAC and will be able to get insurance). Also you will be given a North West Beauty Qualification certificate. You will also become a Harley Wax stockist.
B) Harley Wax Hollywood and Brazilian waxing Therapists must already be trained in waxing to be able to do the advanced waxing. You will be taught Brazilian and Hollywood waxing. You will be taught Harley Wax by our very experienced teachers. By the end of the course you will be confident enough to do a Hollywood and Brazilian wax. It will a one day course. Cost - £150 including VAT.
Qualifications gained: The Guild of Professional Beauty certificate (world recognised Qualification). North West Beauty Qualification certificate. You will also become a Harley Wax stockist.
C) Harley Wax male waxing Therapists must already be trained in waxing to be able to train in male waxing. You will learn how to do the perfect Brazilian on men. Therapists will have confidence by the end of the day to complete the perfect male Brazilian. It will be a one day course. Cost - £220 including VAT.
Qualifications gained: The Guild of Professional Beauty certificate (world recognised Qualification). North West Beauty Qualification certificate. You will also become a Harley Wax stockist.
D) TRAINING AT YOUR SALON OR A LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE. This will take over a two day period. We will train up to eight therapists. You will be covering Harley Waxing System followed by the advanced Hollywood and Brazilian waxing. At your convenience we can cover all of this in one day with an early start and a late finish. Cost - £780 including VAT.
