Tonightβs client was an interesting one π€ as he reported pain was along the lateral side of the forearm. ~ We took a look at the shoulder position and it was noticeably lower on the right side (the same side as the forearm pain). After some lifestyle and training questions my attention took me to the bicep πͺπΌ ... ~ I Performed a variety of massage techniques to the biceps, forearm, pec minor, Sarratus anterior, latissimus dorsi, and applied some k tape to the bicep and forearm to encourage the bodyβs natural healing process. ~ The area of pain typically isnβt the area that needs the treatment. Initial results seemed good however will see what the next few days brings π ~ ALWAYS LEARNING SO IF YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHTS ADD A COMMENT ππ»ββοΈ

π€€THIS CALF STRETCH IS A MUST DO IN YOUR STRETCH ROUTINE π€€
Iβve always found that stretching my calf muscles in the standard ways does not always give me a deep enough stretch. ~ If you feel the same give this baby a try. ~ remember to keep youβre knee locked and pull your foot back. Iβm using a rolled up towel however a belt or something similar also works ππΌ... And further more if you want to know how to turn this stretch into a game changer DM me and Iβll explain how.

Are you constantly stretching youβre hamstrings but getting nowhere with the hamstring ββtightnessββ.
... Looking above may be the answer π€ you may be dealing with a anterior pelvic tilt π‘which will make your hamstrings feeeeeeeeeel tight.
When your pelvis tilts forward the posterior chain is stretched and the anterior shortened. In this case the hamstrings are locked long therefore stretching them further or treating them on the massage table could be compounding the issue π€.

Itβs a thing π³π₯ Signs and symptoms can be head forward in posture, headaches or niggling neck and upper back pain. Pay attention to your posture by bringing your phone to eye level with your head in neutral position. This may help ease the symptoms above (obvious I know however try it out).
