We exist to help small- and medium-sized UK-based businesses increase their productivity and performance – something that's essential for the UK's economy as a whole! We do this by bringing the UK's most successful business together to help small business leaders improve and succeed through a range of effective, productivity-boosting programmes and resources: Be the Business Mentoring – we'll match you with a business mentor who will provide impartial advice and act as a sounding board as you work to improve your business. This programme is available in two formats, providing both long- and short-term support. Be the Business Boards – get your very own non-executive director-style board that's unique to your business needs. Tap into the knowledge of your Board for long-term strategic improvements for your business. Strive – we're delighted to be partnering with Mastercard for their Strive UK initiative.
