We have 2 Luxury Beach Huts for sale.

No 32 (La Mer) is situated on the second row up from the promenade and faces South, getting the sun all day, with unspoilt views along the entire length of Walton's south promenade.

No 98 (Serendipity) is situated on the top row and faces south east again with views of the south promenade, easy access from the private car park, just down a short slope and turn right and go to the hut. NO STEPS REQUIRED to get to the Beach Hut or to the Town and amenities.

Please note that the site rules will only allow a maximum of 10 people per beach hut and only 1 car in the free car park per beach hut. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE BEACH HUTS OVERNIGHT - Please also note that BBQ's are NOT allowed, due to the fire hazard.
The huts are available daily from 10. 30am to 6. 00pm winter months. 7. 00am to 6pm summer months

Both huts are equipped to the highest standards, and have the following items in them:
Cabinet with Gas ring and spare bottle, Kettle, Crockery and Cutlery for 10 people, Tempered glass chopping board, Trivets, washing up bowl and Tea Towels.
4 white collapsible chairs and a matching table by Habitat. 4 collapsible canvas chairs and 2 canvas sun beds also by Habitat for use only on the decking NOT the beach. There is also a day bed with mattress and cushions for your comfort.

Both huts have 1permit each for the private (free) car park (with 45 spaces). There is also a public (pay) car park 200 metres away, if the private car park is full.

There are public conveniences in a modern building, with sperate baby changing facilties. The pier and cafes are all within 100 metres. Which can be reached from Beach Hut number 98 without using any steps

There is also a railway station, which is only 200 metres away from the huts. The railway station has connections through Colchester and Chelmsford etc to all the way to Liverpool Street Station in London.
