Got a fab Christmas tree and a lovely hot mug of coffee
A fun for the family, tea room and ice cream parlour, with indoor and outdoor seating and play areas for children.
Good food, served with a smile and for a good price.
Lovely site and very friendly staff. Cafe is amazing especially the full english breakfast! Hubby and I went 4 times in one week it was so good! Nothing too much trouble for the staff and cant wait to go back again next year.
Excellent place, gorgeous atmosphere. Time to chill n relax, gorgeous walks. Toilet facilities and showers, are clean. Breakfast and ice-cream, Lush x
We were lucky enough to stay at this family run campsite last weekend inJune. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was nipping clean as were the shower blocks. Fab ice cream spoilt for choice.It was my grand daughters first camping trip 20 months old. She loved every minute of it .we will definitely be back .
Great camp site. Good for families. It's basic and simple but the site is good, the staff and family that run it are always friendly and welcoming and the on site cafe is superb. Brilliant breakfasts and the ice cream made on site is delicious. We have stayed here many times and loved it every time. The renovated shower and toilet block is a vast improvement to an already great place to camp with very easy access to Whitby and great views from the camp site.
The campsite is great, they are doing up the toilets and the showers. (We visited for breakfast in Feb 2017). The cooked breakfasts are Ace and to top it all, they make their own ice cream in flavours to blow you away. We have camped there over the Whitby regatta weekend and have had Ace time. Also there's a play area for kids in the middle and they USED to have an inflatable bouncy castle in the barn near the tea rooms! You have gotta go!!
Good food friendly staff
Went today for a cuppa and cake and to visit the Santa's grotto. It is really nice and worth the money. Thanks
Brilliant family campsite. Tons of room for pitches, in fact the owners encouraged people not to pitch too close to each other (very refreshing).
The on-site cafe and ice cream parlour were excellent quality & service. Only wish it stayed open longer than 5pm so we could use in for tea as well!
All the staff/owners couldn't have been more polite or helpful - fantastic!
The showers were adequate, hot and powerful, granted they could do with a lick of paint, but they did the basics.
A really nice site. Great value. Would recommend and revisit.
