Beacon Farm Ice Cream

🥚🥚🥚Our Easter egg hunt starts this weekend! Some of you found it pretty easy last year so we may have to look at making it a bit trickier 🤔
Available everyday whilst the cafe is open!

This week we took delivery of our brand new freezer room! ❄️❄️❄️
This unit will allow us a lot more flexibility with our current production methods and give us a much faster freeze down time for new ice cream which means an even better quality product.
Now to get it stocked up for the Easter holidays! 🍦🍦🍦

We have some exciting news from the farm this week!
We have teamed up with Bluefawn Livestock and Rare Breeds, their herd of goats and ‘Monty’ the cuddly Valais Blacknose sheep have become permanent residents at the farm, so pop in and give them and their tiny kids a visit!

If you didn’t get your pancake fix yesterday then we have you covered. We are serving these all week!

never disappointed with our visits here. I've been going for far too many years to mention, and all my children have grown up visiting too. This visit was my sons birthday treat wish, and he really enjoyed his 'muddy puddle'

Wow! What a great place to stay. You can pitch where you want to, facilities are clean. A freezer to use to freeze your ice packs, you can charge your mobile phones for £1 for 30 mins and there is a place where you can use a hairdryer in the toilet.



The tearoom is excellent. We all had an icecream sundae. Amazing! I'm coeliac (gluten free) and the staff were well up on allergies. Alison was great. She checked ingredients and used separate, unopened icecream tubs to avoid cross contamination. Would definitely recommend!

We went to visit friends who were stopping here, We went home and got our stuff and went back.... The all day breakfast was filling and yummy. The Ice cream was great, the only down side was where we pitched out tent..... I like dark places to sleep the flood light on the barn kept the tent light. But the staff are great food and ice cream amazing even a bouncy castle room. Even if you don't camp or caravan here worth a visit just for the Ice cream.

We went for breakfast with our 7 month old and the staff were so accommodating and lovely as my little one has a cows milk allergy. Now I know places are supposed to cater but many aren't good at this. I wanted to give my baby a little bit of my breakfast so asked as to which bits had diary in or were cooked in butter etc. They knew ingredients of everything and even offered to cook things like the mushrooms that they usually cook in butter in oil instead. And they brought some bread to the table without me asking as they thought little one would prefer that to toast. Such amazing service! Now onto the food. All really really yummy home cooked breakfast and good coffee too. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would defo visit again when in the area.

We called in yesterday for ice cream to die for we brought 2 big tubs home with us to. Just a shame we not camping this year as it a fab site xx

Stayed here for 1 night in our campervan.. wanted longer but they were full and can see why... lovely site, clean facilities, AMAZING ice cream but the staff were what gave it 5* FOR us! Couldn't do enough for us, recommended where to pitch as we were a couple without kids.. recommended a walk into Whitney which was Lovely, through woods and old railway line.. Will be back!

Spent 2 nights camping here this week as a last minute break, we will definitely be coming back, lovely staff very helpful and fire pits for hire with logs for when the sun goes down. Very clean site and loved the pet goats and highland cows. Having an ice cream parlour on site with delicious flavours was definitely an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Nicest santa we've been to locally, well worth it!! Lovely presents for my kiddies too- youngest 3 months eldest 9, all have age perfect toys :) we finished our santa visit with ice cream in santa cups the kiddies keep! Perfect for hot chocolate at home on Christmas Eve :)

A ice cream sundae also and they went the extra mile an made hers with candles she loved it. The children loved the playhouse and bouncy castle. We will be back again next year.

Just back from beacon farm had a great time well kept site the ice cream was amazing and had a fantastic breakfast yesterday before leaving for home will definitely stay there again

Just back from a weekend visit with our 2 boys and loved it! Loved how much space we had, the facilities were ideal for us especially the park and bouncy castle. We managed to try all of the ice cream between us which was all gorgeous. Also had the cooked breakfast - very nice! Definitely going to be visiting again.

Had a lovely few days at your site would definitely recommend but the walk to Whitby nearly killed us � nice ice cream � Friendly staff clean facilities thank you for a pleasant stay xx

First time camping single mam 2 kids and a dog could not of choose a better place its amazing staff so welcoming and very friendly and made my daughter's birthday with the fire pit thankyou so much. Fab location fab views kids loved the park the goats and amazing ice cream sundas we will defo be returning for a longer stay thanks for making our first experience a one to remember xx

Fabulous campsite. Loved that everyone was so respectful of the quiet hours and it was a proper family site. Big pitches. Hook up available. Fire pits. Gorgeous ice cream (lovely lemon � was ace) from the parlour. Hot water a plenty. Will definitely return. Thank you Matt and family for being so welcoming.

Campings hidden gem! LOVING it here staff are so helpful and lovely. Site is stunning already booked again in August. Toilets and shower block clean. So happy we stumbled upon this camp site....and ice cream x

Came here last at the weekend for 3nights. First time campers. 1st impressions was nice to see a family run business. All the staff were lovely n friendly. The toilet and shower facilities were clean, ice cream parlor kids said it was the best ice cream they had ever had! Nice safe play park for the kids. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future!! Thank you for a top weekend

Came back yesterday after camping 2 nights. A really lovely place very tranquil, has everything you could need. Staff was very friendly. Would definatly go back
