I have just returned after an 11 night stay and found this site perfect for my needs.

Being out of season I had pretty much an entire field to myself, I didn't use the full compliment of the facilities, needing only the toilets/showers and washing up. Both were very good, I am surprised to read comments about the conditions of the toilets/showers as I found them immaculate.

I will happily stay here again during my next camping trip to Dorset.....

Really nice camping place, plenty of space, decent toilets and showers. Good choice of products to buy in the camping store. I'll be back next year. I would recommend this place if you want to spend nice time away from city, close to nature.

2nd outing here. this time I bought the kids. I like the fact you can have campfires and it's got a pool and a play area. The toilets/showers in the front block are clean and adequate. Though I much prefer places that don't allow dogs as there is always inconsiderate owners that leave dog mess around the site. It's value for money... meaning You get what you pay for. But your a short drive to Poole Harbour and Bournemouth. If Location is key at a low budget this is perfect.

We have just come back from here today. After reading some peoples reviews we was surprised how great this site was.
Toilets were Immaculate and cleaned regularly plenty of hot water.
The shop has everything you need while your there and also the grill bar does amazing food.
The office staff were amazing friendly and very Very helpful.
The fishing lake is well stocked and a great lake for starters and regular fishing men.
We loved this site so much we booked again while we was there for next weekend. I would highly recommend this site for families 5*****

Amazing! Lots to do - Park for the kids, tennis court, swimming pool (a bit cold unfortunately), shop, arcade, bar, slide. Great atmosphere. Fully equipped with showers, toilets etc although only 2 stars for hygiene. Surrounded by woods for kids to play in.

Disgusting toilets and showers, you would be cleaner not having one, over the 4 days we were there they weren't cleaned once,
Go somewhere else.

What a lovely camp site spoiled! The toilets/showers were filthy, toilet roll machines hanging off the wall, mens hand driers dangerously hanging off the wall by the wires. Run by kids. The shop was less that useless, except for toys/sweets. The two occasions I tried to buy something the till was stuck and wouldn't open, shoppers helping to release it with a knife. The pool was so cold kids were daring each other to jump in. We arrived on the Friday with all the week-end revellers that meet up for the week-end. Mini bus loads with wine glasses in their hands. Didn't mind that but the continues banging of the mindless music from morning till night shouldn't encroach on other peoples enjoyment. . I thought this would be a peaceful David Bellamy park.
