The focus of the consultancy is development planning, primarily in support of developers, other private clients and allied professionals. We cover all forms of development and business sectors, with particular emphasis upon residential, retail and minerals /waste. We are able to draw upon a history of success in negotiating the planning system and offer a personal service, providing clients with thorough advice via a single point of contact in a timely and cost-effective manner. At Beacon Transport Planning we prefer to focus only on our area of expertise: transport planning, traffic engineering and highways consultancy. We don't seek to extend beyond our capabilities, simply front-up work that has been sub-contracted to others or sell associated services.
