Im happy to have found a lovely local jewellery shop as i dont find shopping for jewellery online very succesful. I first bought my daughter earrings here in the early summer. I didnt look at both earrings properly in the shop and when i got home one had a dent. We called the store and they were happy to exchange the earrings. I have since been back and bought a few more items and i am sure i will continue to do so. The staff are very friendly and there is alot to choose from.
I have been using this jewellers for at least 15 years never ever had a problem always very very helpful if there is something you need they will try there upper most to get it in for you . The staff and manager are lovely people.
I asked for 2 ringsto be resized. They were both resized ok, however, the central stone of one was replaced with a poor plastic copy which was NOT the same as the one it went in with. This plastic one subsequently fell out after 2 months of wear. The surrounding material was silver with magnetite and according to a second jeweller should NOT be polished. The Beadles jeweller did polish it and ruined the finish of the ring. I am very angry, especially as Beadles did not admit to replacing the stone even though they obviously had. The stone looked nothing like it did before and had a hole at the bottom which was not present originally. It also took them far longer to resize than they had said initially, claiming that the stone had fallen out and they had to refit it. I'm sure they were waiting for an order of a plastic replica. Even if the stone had accidentally smashed, they should have apologised and offered choices for a replacement. I am very unhappy how they have changed the appearance and style of my ring completely without my permission.
