Fantastic customer service when I brought my Golf in for its first service this week! Thank you for such a speedy turnaround at such short notice. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Well received a letter from the Sales Manager saying as I had owned my car for nearly two years they would give me a good deal on a new one.



Went there this Saturday found a car I liked only to be told there was no movement on the price so really not sure what the term good deal means to Beadles.



To add to the untrue letter they sent me was very let down by the level of customer service I received from the salesman Anthony. I requested he call me partner back on Monday to see if he could negotiate me any type of deal with the Finance Department not only did he not call despite my partner even calling Beadles and requesting a call back but after checking the website it appears the car I was interested in has now been sold. !!!!!’.



This would have been the 3rd car I brought from Beadles so won’t be returning will be going elsewhere to find a car dealer who actually uses terms they understand like good deal.
