Beagle Street Life Insurance

Awful. After placing a claim for breast cancer, this company pulled us through the mill and wiggled it’s way out of paying us for our claim, leaving us with no money whilst being treated for cancer. Horrendous experience, they washed their hands of us and we submitted a formal complaint. Be aware, this company appear ‘friendly’ but they do not live up to their promises and the purpose of their ‘business’ which is to ensure you for critical illness.

It took minutes to set up my life insurance policy and was very clear and easy to understand. The follow up customer service has been great.

Overall I am pleased with Beagle Street's service. Quick (providing you have your infomation/dates), simple and clear. Nice to have the option of hard copies.

Clear and straightforward policy wording made it easier to understand exactly what you were buying. Sensitive issue of death covered well. Good follow up customer service and pleasant to see the option of receiving hard copies (as well as digital) free of charge as this seems to be rare these days.
