Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join our busy After Sales team.
The role will involve:
Addressing all incoming and outgoing customer telephone enquiries.... Answering/Communicating/Coordinating sub-contractors. Logging/entering/ customer data internal database. Arranging/Coordinating Sub-Contractors to carry out remedial repairs via Customer Service Manager (CSM). Supporting the CSM / monitoring Customer Service Departmental reports and KPI information. Addressing all departmental incoming mail / email, logging in data base. Assisting with maintaining ‘Central Filing’. Working with/communicating with all internal/external departments (Construction, Sales, and Technical). Co-coordinating, confirming and arranging Customer Appointments. Supporting CSM with defect notification correspondence to sub-contractors. Assisting CSM with invoice processing. Supporting ordering materials. Assisting coordinating internal trade diary. Supporting the CSM with daily and weekly departmental tasks / NHBC communication. Job Type / Category
This a full-time, permanent role. The hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience working within a house building environment would be an advantage. However full training will be provided.
Clear communication and writing skills, with the ability to use positive language. Good time management and organisational skills, patience and attentiveness.

Our Technical team comprises the quantity surveying, estimating, procurement and architectural departments. All departments work very closely together, with the overall responsibility and purpose to design, specify and cost engineer our developments to ensure we are delivering the best quality homes at the best possible cost. The works of the Quantity Surveyors are criti...cal to ensure continued viability and accurate costing at all stages through the construction process.
The Quantity Surveyor will report directly to the Technical Manager, under the Associate Technical Director.
Responsibilities - Measuring, pricing, and budget preparation through to completion - Measuring and setting up material schedules for ordering - Sub-contractor enquiry document preparation and analysis - Negotiations with contractors and order placing - Preparation and issuing of labour targets for site tradesmen - Checking and approval of tradesmen’s weekly time sheets - Checking of subcontractor invoices for payment - Monthly site visits to check progress and material stocks
Requirements - Qualified to HNC in Quantity Surveying or General Construction - Experience of working within the new build housing industry - A full understanding of current market conditions and rates - Be able to control cost on all trades and contractors - Highly numerate with great attention to detail - Good IT skills will be required, particularly with Microsoft software packages
