Together we deliver targeted improvements for business through compelling learning and communication programmes, we support businesses to enact positive change and help to unlock the potential of people. The combination of consultancy skills, communications and digital technology means that BEAM can offer a one-stop shop of support and delivery for the organisations we work with. Our communications team has a background working for major broadcasters in the UK and around the world, including BBC, ITN and SKY and storytelling through films remains at the heart of much of our work. Today our creative team combines broadcast television production values with the latest interactive web technologies to create bespoke digital tools for communication and learning that are cutting edge, user-centred and aligned to an organsiation's strategic targets for improvement. We support many of our clients in building or improving systems in line with their strategic goals – whether these be sustainability, CSR reporting, processes to support safer working or Lean business improvement. We then work collaboratively, often with champions from across the business, to co-create and embed a system for dissemination using digital learning and engagement tools to drive and sustain improvement. We aim to create a self-improving system in which everyone can access the knowledge and engage in the journey.
