Went here for brunch, pretty decent choices for brunch and a great range of craft beers. Staff were a bit slow on getting us our menu's even though they gave others that walked in after us. Quite slow service after ordering as well, keeping in mind it was busy but all we asked for was a slice of toast, probably took 8-10 mins to come, almost in time for when we finished our meal. I've heard their pizza nights are quite good so I'll have to give that a shot! Coffees are also quite good here as well but I'd say electric collection makes them just a bit better.

This place always seems popular for weekend brunch. Having moved to the area 6 months ago, we still had not made it there, but had regularly spoke about going - usually whilst having breakfast across the road at Ben's Canteen.

We finally went on a Thursday night. The menu primarily offers pizzas, with a good range for vegetarians, as well as having a few meat options (Parma ham or Salami could also be added to most pizzas). If you don't like pizza there were a few other options available, such as clay pot aubergine with various toppings available, including Moroccan lamb.

Craft beer fans will find something to drink too. They had Beavertown Gamma Ray on tap - and a great selection of cans in the fridge. Not sure it would be a place just for drinks though, as it has more of a restaurant tham bar feel.

Service was good - friendly and efficient. Would like to venture back for breakfast and coffee at some point.

I'm only really putting 2 stars because the food is decent but the service is absolutely appalling.

We had ordered food and drinks and had been waiting for 30 minutes without even the hot drinks being served when we called the rude waitress (short hair) who said "oh yeah I lost your order - what it is you ordered again?". Shocked at both the attitude and lack of apology, we nonetheless politely repeated the order yet were still served no hot drinks nearly 10 minutes later. When we finally complained to the manager about the fact we'd been waiting for nearly 40 minutes without being served, he, also with an attitude, said "well we're one barista short today so there's only so much we can do" in a defensive tone. Very bizarre customer service and no wonder the staff have attitude when this comes from above!

To add insult to injury, upon receiving the bill and paying, the waitress added the discretionary service charge to the card reader. I asked her to remove it as there was no chance I would have left a penny, to which she snatched the reader away and said "well I'm sorry I can't do that - I need to ask my manager", who of course confirmed it was discretionary... Baffling! I did previously like the food and atmosphere but will never go back.

Came for brunch and a coffee. Decent egg dishes, although toast was a little hard, and yolks were over-set for my liking (should have specified). Not a shabby beer selection either - will have to come back in the evening for a pizza.

Great place for breakfast, brunch, or pizza. Fantastic food and service. And it's dog friendly as well.

Always been great food but service has really fallen since the expansion. Takes ages to get a drink or some food now so they need to take a look at that. Don't come here if you're in a rush but the best brunch in Earlsfield food-wise

Best cafe in Earlsfield. As a Melbournian I am eternally on the quest for exceptional coffee. This place delivers quality. Also the pancakes and bacon are top notch.

Intimate atmosphere, with excellent music played at a low level. Delicious well-priced pizza and excellent beer selection.

Possibly my favourite coffee shop and brunch spot in Earlsfield. Coffee is great (Inc dairy free options) and brunch is full of a mix of healthy and hearty choices, from black bean fritters with avocado to pulled pork hash. Good vibe with delightful staff and efficient service.

Of the three Cafes on the 3 corners of this cross road (others being Mels and Bens) this is the best. Simple as...

This review is for takeout. Sure the place is good for sit down by the reviews but trying to get a takeout coffee they suck.

Asked if they had cold brew but the person didn't know what it was... "What do you mean cold brew?" Despite it being the largest capitalized item in the blackboard. Not her fault, the training should be better. Then two coffees came to £4.70 which is under the douchey £5 card minimum.

Just take the money people and suck up the charge for takeout coffee. That's what any other coffee place outside of Shoreditch does. Carluccio's over the road were happy to take our money and super nice.

Anyway, at least I feel much better after this passive aggressive review.
