Bears & Butterflies Description
Bears & Butterflies is a family-run, luxury bell tent hire company, providing boutique accommodation options for a whole range of events – from weddings and festivals to children’s parties, and even grown-up parties, too! We are based in York and will deliver all across the North and the Midlands. We will pitch and furnish the tents so you can just turn up and enjoy yourselves. And when the party’s over, we’ll be back to pack it all up. Totally hassle free!

Such a gorgeous wedding - perfect for some summer wedding inspiration
I love setting up our bridal bell tent and watching the reaction of the couple when they first see it. One groom even claimed it was more comfortable than his bed at home!

The best thing about working in the wedding industry is how happy the brides and grooms are! It's always such a nice atmosphere on set-up days - so much excitement, love and anticipation. We were lucky enough to have Bears and Butterflies provide glamping tents for our wedding on 16th June 2018. Communication with Rebecca in the lead up was really straightforward making the organising completely stress free! The tents themselves were loved by our guests and provided such a fun backdrop for our wedding day. Not wanting to miss out, my husband and I stayed in the Bridal Suite tent which was lovely with some thoughtful extras! Thank you! I'd recommend Bears & Butterflies to any future brides planning a festival/glamping style wedding!
We used Bears and Butterflies in August for our wedding and couldn't have been happier. Not only did we use them as an option for our guests to stay on site at the wedding venue, we also booked one for ourselves. 'The Bridal Bell Tent'. The guests had their bells tents, close to those others camping while we had our bell tent in our separate spot overlooking the whole wedding venue. It was fantastic and allowed to have a few quiet moments away from everyone else during the day. When the evening finally came to end we headed off to bed and were greeted by champagne, strawberries and snacks. A great little treat after an amazing day. We couldn't have been happier and more comfortable. And I know speaking to the others who had their own tents how happy they were. Although they didn't get champagne and strawberries! We worked closely with Brook and Rebecca in the build up to the day and they bent over backwards for us. It was one of the few things that were completly hassle free during the wedding preparations. We couldn't recommend the experience and them more.
