This place is addictive. I started a few months ago, wondering how IвҖҷd manage to squeeze in 3 classes a week, now I feel angsty if I canвҖҷt fit in 5. My body just craves more! The atmosphere, coaches and other members are all awesome. The classes are hard but rewarding, and no two classes are the same, which keeps things interesting. I love that there are no egos, just a bunch of genuinely nice people, encouraging each other to do the best they can. Thank you, Sam, for creating something special.

IвҖҷm about halfway through my initial familiarisation and every single session is a brand new lesson specifically tailored to my requirements, whilst also getting me up to speed so I can seamlessly join the open classes.

It's all about the community. I started Personal Training with Coach Sam after a long term injury from running. Training tailored to suit I was soon fighting fit and stronger than ever. Soon I was in the CrossFit class and now IвҖҷm a regular CrossFitter. Love the community and the support from everyone - no matter what level they are at. The encouragement and the team work at every WOD are second to none. Mark, Barney and Will are all superb coaches. The sense of belonging at Crossfit Bearwalden is what makes me go back day after day for more.

Cracking Crossfit! I love BearWalden.

I had my Fundementals with the awesome Barny - he really made me at ease and his teaching skills made it all sink in quickly. I was even able to do full press ups after his guidance (if you know me and my piddly wrists, that is something of a small miracle....!!) The equally brilliant Sam and all the guys in my classes could not be more supportive and friendly. I'm addicted now and I could not recommend them highly enough.
