Super delicious pot of tea (English Breakfast), however, the Eggs Benedict were not up to normal Beas high standard. The poached egg was cold and over cooked, the muffins were cold and stale. A real shame. I should have said at the time. Normally I love Beas.

We sat outdoor. Staff are friendly and helpful. They offer delicious desserts and bakes. Great cupcakes with tasty toppings. Chocolate truffle cake is a must try. Salads are fresh. Try the Cesar salad. Excellent service.

Nice place for a Saturday or Sunday coffee/ tea.
The few times I’ve been here have ended up staying for a couple of hours.
It’s a nice and cosy place even though the exterior boasts a very modern feel.

Lots of snacks and various tea are available which is really nice, trying something beyond an English tea has been nice.

Really nice little spot if you fancy a break away from the chain coffee shops.

A good place for cakes and coffee. The brownies have never disappointed. Also, the afternoon tea selection is quite good. Seating can be a bit difficult to come by.

Got sandwiches and coffee for late breakfast/lunch. Bread was thin stale white bread. No dressings. Tiny portions. Coffee was average. Wouldn't recommend.

My local for the best Mocha, Hot Chocolate, Velvet cupcakes and peanut butter and Jam slices. Fantastic location. If there's not enough space to order in I would highly recommend getting take-away and getting the lift to the roof of One New Change shopping centre. There is seating and the views from up there are some of the best in London!

So rude! Countless times we've been in there to get cakes. Zero customer service skills. Go in today and the gentleman is talking with his back to me so I can't understand him, once he finally decides to turn around (after 20 seconds) I ask him the flavors of the cupcakes and he just ignores me. Not going in again.

Can't handle groups, AT ALL! or understand orders (vegetarian is salami and ham) sandwiches had hardly any filling.
Kept waiting for ages and still got our PRE ORDERS wrong!
Everyone eat ate separate times.
Avoid... never going back
