So yesterday we had a jolly around Bristol and conquered The Green Man. 46 mile, off road, self navigation. Loved every minute x

Two ultra marathons, a marathon, countless half marathons and a awesome day out. Today The Red Army participated in The Cream Tea Caper. 3.3 miles of solo and pair running. You just ran what you wanted to!! Look at all the smiles there were. I think the photos say it all. Everyone's had there challenges over the past few months and they all turned up and all gave 100%. Time and distance doesn't matter. Running is the toughest sport in the world but do it with a bunch of other crazies and it becomes the best. #veryproudofthemall x in total we all did 170.5 miles. That's a lot of miles! X

With a sad heart we have decided to no longer run the Bootcamp classes. We have had an amazing 5 years, had a lot of laughs and made some incredible friends, group runs and Personal training sessions will still continue and our meals and nights out. Thank you for all your support x
