Teriyaki salmon ( Fresh boneless salmon fillet with a teriyaki coating and spring onions) served in a oven bag.

On the counter today we have our Mediterranean Cod- prime cod fillet with sun- dried tomato, mozzarella and sapphire with a herb and garlic dressing. Served in a cooking bag with full instructions.

While the barbecues are out, how about some mixed fish kebabs. These are salmon and cod with a dressing of paprika, chilli, fennel, cinnamon and rooibos tea.

Good morning fish fans. This week on the counter we have ' Plaice Roulade', prime plaice fillet with a creamy garlic, fresh spinach and red onion centre. Oven bake in the tray, all cooking times on the packaging.

We are open Good Friday 9 till 4 and Easter Saturday 9 till 5.
