Here’s a list needed with alternatives Polish remover - nail file / nail clippers if you must - exfoliating cream ( sea salt and oil or porridge oats mixed with cleanser and or oil )oil cuticle hands ,small dish warm water,cuticle stick wrap cotton wool around end or cotton bud 2 plastic bags 1 .remove old polish 2 .file nails ,work from each outer edge to centre (not back and forward) 3.exfoliate hands gentle massage all over hands even up to elbows especially around thumbs Rinse off pat dry 4.massage oil around cuticles and nail plate place in a small bowl warm water for few minutes pat dry 5. Cuticle stick gently push back cuticles and down the sides nail plate and also under nail edge 6.cover hands in oil (warm the oil) place hands into a polythene bag for 10 minutes.Remove bags and massage any remaining oil then tissue dry 7.if you wish to add polish 1 st use nail polish remover with cotton pad until nail plate “squeaks” then apply base coat wait couple minutes then add 2 thin layers polish ,leave to dry couple minutes then apply top coat.

Update Reiki distance healing at 10

As I mentioned I will be carrying out Reiki distance healing at 10 am So I am preparing I start with a cleansing ritual home and me .Burning of Palo Santo stick (Spanish holy wood) Beautiful lemon pine cedar smell. Known to have many benefits such as calming may help anxiety cold and flu,nervous system immune system,asthma, headaches ,stress.... My heart is aching for my fellow freelancers/ self employed ❤️
They don’t have a premises - no £10k grant.
... They don’t employ staff - no 80% of their wage covered to retain them.
They aren’t employed - no 80% of their wage covered.
They can apply for universal credit and get a maximum of 300 odd quid, but if you live with a partner who’s lucky enough to have a wage then you’ll get nothing.
They haven’t been given definitive direction to close, but all of their clients are cancelling and their industries are mounting pressure and shame on them to close - the same people who are getting grants and their staff are getting 80% of their wages paid.
They know they have to do social distancing. But they are a few days away from zero income.
And these people have built their businesses from zero with unimaginable amounts of blood, sweat and tears.
Please be compassionate and empathetic to your freelancer friends, their world is crumbling around them and they are haven’t been thrown the same lifeline as you. They are being forced to make horrendously difficult decisions and don’t need any more shame from anyone else.
