I am passionate about helping others to create their own 'tool-kit for resilience'. I help my clients to build awareness to empower choice which leads to change. I am concerned with the client's mental growth through a trauma informed lens meaning we can safely explore past experiences & focus on root cause resolution, not just symptom management. I help clients to connect with their true self & embody who they are meant to be so they can live the life they truly deserve, decreasing shame & judgement, increasing compassion for oneself & others.
