Happy Runniversary to these lovely ladies! A year ago this evening they were non-runners and thought I was extremely awful when I asked them to run for 30 seconds! . Fast forward a year they are all definitely runners and confidently, as well as voluntarily run 10k. They are currently in training for their first Run Norwich.... . We are a few runners missing tonight but I am so proud of each and everyone of them and how far they have come. . Heres to many more happy miles & lots more medals and of course cake! 😘 .

Will you be watching the new "Love Island" series or using that that time to ❤️Love Yourself❤️ instead? . Self Care is any action taken to preserve or improve your health be it physical or mental. Over the course of the series I will be sharing tips and ideas of ways to use that time more wisely 😉 .... To mark the launch of the new series I'm off to have a very long soak in the bath - its an extend episode this evening!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the last couple of weeks of the school holidays. . Chilled out mornings, laid back lunches, too much chocolate and lots of time spent together making memories with the boys. . However I have been looking forward today! ... Lowering of the noise levels, getting back into a routine with both work and exercise but most of all not having to feed one or both of them every half hour!! . Roll on May half term!! . .

Love this chart! Working up to my marathon distance at the London Marathon next weekend but may have to find some time to fit in a cheeky 5K & 10K before then 😉 . Comment below with how 'far' you are running this weekend! .... As you all know I'm running London Marathon on behalf of Make A Wish. If you would like to make a donation. Shout out to these wonderful ladies who this morning completed the Valentine 10K race. - 3 of the 5 of them took on their first ever race and totally smashed it. 1 of them completed her second 10k race and achieved a massive PB by 2 minutes. (all of them were new to running June 2018) ... - 1 of them ran the first 6 miles of a 14 mile training day in preparation for London marathon. - Me I got the pleasure of seeing them all achieve something they thought not possible. Well done ladies I am super proud of you all xx

Wow! Where did January go? . New clients, new choreography to learn, tax return and marathon training were just a few on the things that took up my time along with clearing out (read consuming) the remainder of the Christmas cheese and chocolate. . I'll be honest I didn't set any New Years resolutions as I knew the month was going to be a whirlwind but as we settle into February its time to nail down what it is that I want to achieve in both the short and long term.... . I'm going to spend the weekend thinking about what it is I want those goals look like and share them with you along with my first weekly blog post early next week. . How was your January? Did you set yourself any goals or resolutions? How are they going so far? ..........
