Well what a day 148 cupcakes made and iced ready for two birthday parties tomorrow, lemon drizzle cake, fruit cake and fresh cream cake done also now time to cook homemade pizza for my family. A women’s work is never done. Phew I think I’ll deserve a glass of wine or two tomorrow night. Xxx

It’s been another busy week, 5 buffets out last one being today for St. John’s, I must remember to take pictures. Including a vegan platter. Xxx

Today I did a 5th birthday party serving the adult homemade chicken curry and chilli con carne with rice and samosas. The children’s lunch boxes included ham & cheese snack rolls, banana, cucumber sticks, crisps & yoghurt with personalised Sweet cones.

So today despite the weather I braved it so I’m at willenhall carnival selling my homemade sausage rolls and scotch eggs. Xxx

Today I’m at a dementia event at the library, serving my sweets to lovely people.

And relax, wow what a busy busy weekend, yesterday I baked sausage roll, scotch eggs lemon drizzle chocolate slab, scones and today I’ve done a surprise 40th Party with they did hot pork baps, homemade chicken curry, buffet and a cake for 60 people.

This as kept me busy today 5hrs and 11 minutes to complete. So in-depth now. Feel I could run a massive chain of restaurants. Xxx

New pudding I’ve baked today. Not for the faint hearted very chocolatey. Chocolate with glaze cherries and almond bake With a biscuit base. With homemade meringues for Jayne. Xxx

50 cupcakes going out this morning for a baby boy’s christening, 25 lemon and 25 salted caramel with 4 being gluten free. Xx

24 cakes donated for a charity event this evening. Xx
