usual underground station out side central London, do not let anyone drop you off out side the station as new camera is not there for fun.
Ticket office hardly ever open like most stations like this one.
This station is not buggy or wheelchair friendly. It has quite steep steps too. It has 2 self service machines accepting cards, coins and cash. It houses a small newspaper shop.
It's fairly busy.
It's about 5 minute walk to Parsloes Park and about 10-15 minute walk to Dagenham Heathway Station.
No elevators or easy way for disabled and buggies, usually no staff to help as well
Nice
My own local station. It is brilliant. Orignally called'gale street'.
Small local station serving the Becontree area.
Quite disappointingly there's no entry/exit ramp on either platforms for wheelchair users and buggies- just stairs, so if that's something you require you'll have to get off/on at either the next or the past station.
Two machines are available (one larger and one smaller) to top up your Oyster card or purchase a new one.
There's also a tiny cafe with reasonable prices and a small store selling a wide variety of snacks for your journey.
Plenty of sitting spaces available either outside or in a small waiting area where toilets are available, but only open during the day on weekdays.
Kewl!
Good..
