Bedrock Gin Description
Our Story:
Spirit of The Lakes was founded by Vince Wilkins in 2008 with the ambition of creating the first gin made with Lake District spring water. Working with a master distiller a blend of botanicals was created to complement the characteristics of the local spring water. The addition of local oak bark to the recipe was the final element of the process and Bedrock gin was launch in October 2008.
Since it’s introduction Bedrock gin has won numerous awards and has become well known for its smooth mellow style and fresh citrus essences. A 5cl miniature gin was added to the range in May 2012 and in July 2013 the launch of Standing Stones vodka was announced.
