Girls in the salon are lovely and helpful and the girl who Did my acrylic nails (has done twice) is brilliant nail tech!

Very poor customer service, turned up 5 mins early for my first appointment for HD Brows, had to wait 20 mins for the wax to heat up (no apology) when i went for my second appointment, i was told the girl didnt work there anymore and so i couldnt have my HD Brows done (again no apology and no offer of another date or going to the other salon) i vented my anger on here and the manager contacted me to apologise and asked me to give them one more try, which i was very reluctant to do at first but i ended up booking in at the Nantwich salon to give them a second chance, that appointment suprisingly went very well, however i have since booked another appointment (bringing a friend along too for her first appointment here) and then i get a message a couple of days later to say the room had been double booked and so they cancelled my appointment. I dont know how they have any custom when this is how they treat people. I must say that Rebecca who does the HD brows is very good at what she does and whenever i have managed to get an appointment without any issue i have been very pleased with my brows, but i will not be using this place again and i most certainly wont be recommending this place to anyone ever again.

Mucked up my first appointment and double booked me and my friend (after my friend had already had issues with previous appointments but carried on going back), didn't offer any alternative appointments, won't be attempting to make any more.

I wrote a bad review on here a few months ago and I received a Facebook message off the manager to say she was ever so sorry about my unsatisfactory experience and she would like me to come in and have my nails done by her at a discounted price. I tried to arrange an appointment with her and never got no reply so I won't ever be going there even if they offer me a free treatment!
