Gym Install Today from 12pm!
All of our current Resistance Machines will be replaced to for our NEW Precor Resistance Machines.
There will be limited weight machines available for the rest of the day, however, we will allow use of each machine when they’re available and fully installed.
... The Running Room, Cardio Room and Queenax will all remain open throughout the day.

Stretch and Grow will be back on this Monday between 4.30-5.15pm
Stretch n Grow is a fantastic programme for children aged 3-6years, it teaches them fundamental exercises and assists in their physical development.
A typical lesson covers a complete warm-up routine followed by an aerobic section which includes exercises in balance and coordination, followed by a cool down.
... The children then get a sheet teaching them about different muscles each week.
We monitor class attendance numbers and this session has become less popular, it will stay on throughout January but needs to become busier to stay on the timetable!
So please bring your children down to try this great class this Monday.

Tonight we have a great evening planned out.
We have Santa visiting the KidzKlub between 5-6.30pm. The kids will enjoy a buffet tea, disco and they'll be getting an early Christmas present from Santa.
... In the Brasserie from 6pm we have the Christmas Prize Draw! So make sure to come on down to claim your prize. We'll also be offering a special Christmas turkey feast roll to get you in the festive spirit.

The gym is small but absolutely fine. The pool and spa is great; although, the jacuzzi is too small for any more than 3 people to sit comfortably, although, the chlorine levels always makes your eyes sting. The brassiere has a good selection of healthy-ish food, drinks etc. and the beer garden is very relaxing, and great for the kids.

People like Tom Tanya Mel Ed Heather Dave Ian Frances Kerry and Carol and many others too many to name make the place - always made welcome !! Members play their role too - good to catch up with a few yesterday too

Me and my mum came today for a spa day, it was our first ever spa experience and we absolutely loved every minute of our time here the price was amazing for all that you could use on all there facilities and the extra touches was perfect thank you so much, would highly recommend to anyone and we will be back �

So family friendly and great facilities.

We have x2 pre school children and use the club weekdays for swimming and classes/ crèche and weekend for gym and squash/ crèche its just superb.

All staff, gym, crèche and brasserie so pleasant and helpful. Will be so sad if we leave, 2 years a member now though :)

My only negative feedback would be the tiny parking spaces...

Just wanted to say lizzy is amazing!! I just had a massage with her and so did my sister in law and we are both raving about her. Her consultation was amazing and her massage was the best massage I have ever had! Her pressure, speed, technique everything faultless!!! I have rebooked in with her but wanted to pass on to you how fricking great she was!!!

I miss Beechdown so much!!

Used to live nearby, now we are too far away to be members.



Such a great atmosphere, customer service, facilities, events, food, gear, spa and pool.

I love this place its like my 2nd home!! Great instructors, great classes, lovely staff a real social place. One of tbe best clubs in the area, will be even bettet with the new and improved Brasserie is done.. Could just play around with the menu thats all. �

I had a lovely relaxing spa day at beechdown yesterday. I've never been before but I'm very impressed and will return. The staff and facilities were great as was my massage and my very tasty three course lunch. I loved the ladies spa room with the massage chairs and the jacuzzi and came home feeling very relaxed. I would definitely recommend beechdown as a spa day and was impressed by the attention to detail- my lunch table was set up for me at the time I requested with a card with my name on it, lovely touch.

I booked this for my friend and my daughter last Friday 26th August, as our usual spa was fully booked (it was a bit last minute!). Upon arrival a lovely lady showed us round and took our orders for lunch - lots of main food choices but only two starters and one pudding. We went to the jacuzzi first then the ladies only lounge with its massage chairs. There was a small seating area outside which was nice. Also a ginger cat who looked very hot, we named him Wotsit. There were only two other ladies on a spa day. Then outside in the Brasserie for a three course lunch which was lovely (although the pudding was a bit odd). After lunch my daughter and I tried the aqua aerobics which was great fun - we all had a laugh and a good workout. My friend had a massage (there was only one treatment available that day) which she said was good. After that we hung out in the pool a bit more then back to the ladies lounge and lastly back to the Brasserie for afternoon cake and a drink. We all had a lovely day and we're glad to discover this little gem which was also great value for money! Thanks Beechdown. My only complaint would be that the reception staff could have been a bit more attentive.

Fabulous gym, friendly staff, and a cafe! I think "heaven" is the word I'm stretching for. I have been made to feel very welcome. Looking forward to getting my old body into a semblence of good shape! Not so easy, as I have a spinal disease and Parkinsons. Staff have been excellent at showing me the best things to do. Probably puts my physio out of work! Highly recommended.

Brilliant day I went with my family we all had an excellent day, we all had treatments and made full use of the gym,pool,jacuzzi,steam and sauna room, lunch was perfect and the staff were excellent, I will definitely come back would highly recommend the body wrap with the facial brilliant xxxx

Beechdown is a lovely place to have a great value spa day. The facilities are lovely, especially the day room which is exclusively for the use of spa day guests. It is nicely done out and includes two massage chairs which you can stay in as long as you like. There is also a sun terrace and loungers. You can use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hot beds and more. You could also use the extensive range of gym equipment - but who wants to do that on a spa day?! You can also opt to have treatments such as massages, pedicures etc. Lunch and morning coffee included in the price. Lunch very nice. I've been quite a few times and hope to go back again.

1st time here. Had a full body massage with Charlie yesterday (26-6-17) I'd got a voucher for mothers day so was using that. Charlie was chatting throughout and I liked that, the massage was truly brilliant, an hour went way too quickly though. Reception staff very helpful and the whole place seems clean and well organised, plenty of car parking too. I will use again.

We've recently become members and luv it, a great atmosphere, fantastic facilities for a range of sports and activities, the children's facilities are well equipped with a very user friendly time schedule. We've eaten a few times in the Brasserie and the food is well cooked and presented, if you're not a men ever I'd highly recommend it

Had lunch with my daughter and granddaughter today after they had been swimming and before my daughter's workout. Lovely

place hope to visit it again soon.

I can't speak anything more about how ridiculous about the abnormality about the massage facility in the club. No shower facility for someone who book the treatment online. If the shower facility is only to the members, why dose club still have the online booking!!!!
