To all those attending our Novice Clear round evening this Tuesday, please note we will be starting a little later than the usual time with Poles on the floor scheduled to start at 5.30pm. Further height times to be confirmed, anyone wishing to enter please message asap.
Energetic, enthusiastic team member wanted to join current staff at Beechwood EC. The new colleague must work well in a team but also be comfortable working independently, making decisions and enforcing policies. The role is suited to someone experienced with people and horses, preferably with knowledge of competitions and events but not essential. The candidate must be willing to turn their hand to any task; admin, arena prep, show stewarding, cleaning, maintenance to name b...ut a few! Candidate would also be required to help care for horses on occasion, and must be able to drive. The ideal applicant would have a warm, welcoming personality with a positive approach. They must be reliable, responsible, honest and trustworthy. They must have a keen interest in Beechwood and a desire to drive the business forward. In return we offer a fantastic working environment, support with career development and opportunities to be involved with a variety of exciting events. Hours vary weekly according to activities at the centre, shifts allocated on a Sunday for the following 7 days. On average the position is for 2/3 evenings a week and 1/2 weekend shifts totally approx. 12 hours. Extra hours may be available in the future.
Current staff recommend. Only available due to current team member developing her own business and therefore reducing her hours.

Visited yesterday 9th May and had booked the indoor arena this was our very first outing in a horse box so obviously a little nervous, the staff were very friendly and helpful and though I had brought a good team of helpers Laura was only to give support and happy to help, excellent facilities and made to feel very welcome highly recommend, thank you to beechwood for making our first trip so pleasurable
Today I managed to snap the key off in my tack locker when I arrived at Beechwood for a lesson! Paul and David (owners of Beechwood) were amazing, they managed to get into the locker, no mean feat!! They could not have been more helpful! Fabulous facilities and amazing people, thank you!
Our second visit to your venue this evening and me & Archie had a ball... such a lovely place to compete, they people are soo friendly & helpful.. it's always so well kept & run. We cant wait to come back again x

Lovely new equestrian centre. Fantastic indoor and outdoor schools, wonderful surfaces on both, plenty of parking, clean, easily accessible facilities and polite, helpful staff. What more could you ask for?
Love this venue! Excellent location and facilities. The staff top it off with being so helpful and polite. Have been to a couple of clinics here, the clear rounds and a private hire. Very lucky to have this on our door step.
Love this venue !! Being the owner of 3 show ponies all with 4 white legs and tails it’s fab to not have them covered in dirt the moment they come off of the lorry ! And we don’t take most of the surface home with us either ! Love love love. I only wish there were more showing shows / clinics held here.

I just want to say thank you to all the friendly staff on tonight's clear round! It was my first time jumping there and everyone was really helpful. It's a lovely place too!! Many more clear rounds to come I hope ��

Great schooling venue. Visited twice last week (indoor school), once for private half hour hire and also for the Showing Clinic yesterday. So nice to have these facilities available for hire and clinics. Such a shame not more parking as guessing this is restricting usage for show venue. Look forward to the cafe being up and running. Will be back!
First time at clear round jumping tonight and had a great time. It was well organised, the facilities are great and staff were really friendly and supportive. We will definitely be coming back, thank you x
Fantastic venue, I have been for a lesson in the indoor but tonight we went for the clear round and had a brill time. Lovely course of jumps and a laid back but organised environment. Will deffo be a regular at the clear rounds. Thank you so much.
Fantastic venue my first time competing there today and thought the show was run very well and very clear instructions around the centre the arenas are amazing and so it the cafe my horse loved it there too the last time i went to beechwoods was when it first opened and the improvements are great
Every time I have been to this venue for clinics hiring attending shows each and everyone I’ve met has been wonderful and so friendly! I even rang after a visit to ask for the restaurant name and the lovely girl I met who runs it asked after my brother who I’d mentioned had Brain surgery a few days earlier! Very personal service and customer care! Well done all!

Attended my first clear round jumping this evening and would like to thank everyone for such lovely support and encouragement I jumped my first 70cm course tonight and everyone was so encouraging and helpful. Thank you so so much xxx
