Beefeater Euston Way

went 2 the beefeater yesterday 4 our lunch 27th april. had the steak burger and chips off the lunch menu with a popcorn sundae and my partner had the rocky road sundae. loverly tasty food and nice and hot. the service was excellent by a pleasnt friendly young lady. all in all a good experience. shall visit again.

Went in a party of 4 had a really great time food was good and the service was excellent well done Mark and his team

Went for food today , atmosphere was lovely, staff were inviting and friendly , food was amazing. Really recommend!! We was served by Michelle! Great waitress! �

Went for breakfast this morning to celebrate my birthday with friends and family (8 of us in total) The breakfast is a good deal, £8.99 per adult with under 16's eating free. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and presented and the eggs were done to perfection, poached, scrabbled and fried, very impressed. We all enjoyed it, thank you - Compliments to the chef �

We had booked the wrong day but they managed to accomodate a group of 8, food was amazing!! Waiting staff could try smiling, but that’s a minor bad point, had a great night!!

Haven’t been to Beefeater for many years and on past experiences, I wasn’t expecting much, I was more than pleasantly surprised!



We had the £5 lunch, it appeared to be cooked fresh, the portion size was very good it was cooked very well and the service was very good.



After this experience, Beefeater is back on my list of places to eat.

Food and service was excellent, very well cooked and pleasant and efficient servers and all for a £5 lunch menu. Well done Beefeater. 10/10

Had a fabulous meal service very friendly. Good choice of food and desserts.

Came here today with a friend. Service was pleasant, and Fast. food was delicious and Hot. also very family friendly. the lady "Sarah" that served us today was lovely and served us with a smile. we wish all restaurants were the same. will be back again .

went there on friday 4th may for a brithday meal, the main course came out as we were still eating the starter so realy not good and drinks we orderd took 20mintues to get to us every time we orderd, however the food was very nice.

The lady who served us tues 30th 6.30pm was lovely she got the 3 stars in her own!!

Chicken escalope was £12 and the breaded coating was full of oil 😫

No mayonnaise in the place no normal mayonnaise no garlic mayonnaise I mean don’t really know what to say!!

It’s a nice place, good layout nice furniture lovely staff but the food is very average, I could pay for the same quality in Wetherspoons and I am paying double. I think sometimes this is why it’s not as busy as it should be.

Still like to go for a drink after getting off the train..

Nice sunday lunch had the icecream with berry compote at 2.99 for dessert - was half the size of the one advertised - very disappointing not worth the money !

Me and my partner ordered chicken burger and beef burger what came with fries and coleslaw. It stated this on the menu but when we got our meals there was no coleslaw. We was told they ran out but was still charged full price for the meals. We was waiting atleast half an hour for someone to assist us for when we wanted to pay and leave.



I forgot to mention I totally forgot to write my other review before this one. We was assisted by a young girl who showed us to a table where she didn't even ask if it was where we wanted to sit. Or ask if it was ok. I asked another member of staff if we could be seated somewhere else.

What has happened to this place? It took over an hour to get our mains...free refills are great but it took the server 20 mins to come back with any drinks we asked for! Even the starters were poor! Prawn cocktail with half a dozen prawns and some cold bread! It wasn't mega busy?!/ it was just very, very poor all round! Avoid this place! Just don't do it! We couldn't even get a bill! 2 hours later we were done. Didn't chance a pudding as that would of been another hour! We come here every year - will not be back after this.

My main came out with my pudding at the same time and then the waitress pulled a face saying “you don’t want this now?”

Err no I do not want my profiteroles with my steak!!!

Then finally we all had a mains then waited over 45 mins for pudding with 2 of us both going back in to request it! Was only cold puddings!

What a joke! Over priced and very poor service, certainly won’t be going there again!

We went for Sunday lunch on 4th Feb 2018, restaurant was quiet and quite a few staff on shift. We ordered lunch and were waiting approx 35 minutes when the waitress came and told us that they had no roast potatoes did we want extra dauphinoise so we agreed, less that 2 minutes later our meals arrived cold, they were returned to the kitchen. We didnt get extra's that were ordered and the food wasnt really that good. Service was poor and it wasnt down to the volume of people as the restaurant was quite. Would think twice about going again.

I was seriously disappointed with this! Myself and my friend came all the way from Cardiff for a convention we hadn't eaten all day we were starving! I ordered the rodeo burger which the waitress originally told us was not available however we could swap the the 6oz party for 2 4oz patties the manager then came over and said we can't do that. So I then ordered the smothered chicken melt which honestly came out and wouldn't have fed a child let alone an adult and I was not paying £11.29 for that! So I ordered the £6.99 steak and upgraded to the rump for an extra £2 I ordered it medium and when I cut into it blood poured out! So at that point I was pissed off and passed the point of hungry! Complained and the manager said we would have our desserts free of charge. My friend also complained about her steak as it was full of gristle and fat and couldn't eat it so the manager said he would take her steak of AS WELL! The bill came and we were charged for our desserts and for the sauce that came with my steak that I never even touched! So complained for a 4th time and the manager tried to say he would take my friends steak off INSTEAD of the desserts!! I gave up at that point and just wanted to get out! Very disappointed and upset about the service and experience I had here

The bill came and we were charged for our desserts and for the sauce that came with my steak that I never even touched! So complained for a 4th time and the manager tried to say he would take my friends steak off INSTEAD of the desserts!! I gave up at that point and just wanted to get out! Very disappointed and upset about the service and experience I had here

3rd time going and me and my partner were waiting atleast 10mins to be assisted to a table. Short staffed by the look of it. Me and my partner ordered chicken burger and beef burger what came with fries and coleslaw. It stated this on the menu but when we got our meals there was no coleslaw. We was told they ran out but was still charged full price for the meals. We was waiting atleast half an hour for someone to assist us for when we wanted to pay and leave.



I forgot to mention I totally forgot to write my other review before this one. We was assisted by a young girl who showed us to a table where she didn't even ask if it was where we wanted to sit. Or ask if it was ok. I asked another member of staff if we could be seated somewhere else.

What has happened to this place? It took over an hour to get our mains...free refills are great but it took the server 20 mins to come back with any drinks we asked for! Even the starters were poor! Prawn cocktail with half a dozen prawns and some cold bread! It wasn't mega busy?!/ it was just very, very poor all round! Avoid this place! Just don't do it! We couldn't even get a bill! 2 hours later we were done. Didn't chance a pudding as that would of been another hour! We come here every year - will not be back after this.

Same time next person got mains, then her starter came out after mains.

My main came out with my pudding at the same time and then the waitress pulled a face saying “you don’t want this now?”

Err no I do not want my profiteroles with my steak!!!

Then finally we all had a mains then waited over 45 mins for pudding with 2 of us both going back in to request it! Was only cold puddings!

What a joke! Over priced and very poor service, certainly won’t be going there again!

We went for Sunday lunch on 4th Feb 2018, restaurant was quiet and quite a few staff on shift. We ordered lunch and were waiting approx 35 minutes when the waitress came and told us that they had no roast potatoes did we want extra dauphinoise so we agreed, less that 2 minutes later our meals arrived cold, they were returned to the kitchen. We didnt get extra's that were ordered and the food wasnt really that good. Service was poor and it wasnt down to the volume of people as the restaurant was quite. Would think twice about going again.

I was seriously disappointed with this! Myself and my friend came all the way from Cardiff for a convention we hadn't eaten all day we were starving! I ordered the rodeo burger which the waitress originally told us was not available however we could swap the the 6oz party for 2 4oz patties the manager then came over and said we can't do that. So I then ordered the smothered chicken melt which honestly came out and wouldn't have fed a child let alone an adult and I was not paying £11.29 for that! So I ordered the £6.99 steak and upgraded to the rump for an extra £2 I ordered it medium and when I cut into it blood poured out! So at that point I was pissed off and passed the point of hungry! Complained and the manager said we would have our desserts free of charge. My friend also complained about her steak as it was full of gristle and fat and couldn't eat it so the manager said he would take her steak of AS WELL! The bill came and we were charged for our desserts and for the sauce that came with my steak that I never even touched! So complained for a 4th time and the manager tried to say he would take my friends steak off INSTEAD of the desserts!! I gave up at that point and just wanted to get out! Very disappointed and upset about the service and experience I had here

I only eat here when in the premier inn next door. This is my 4th time in hear and the 3rd they have made a complete hash of it. Soop arrived cold, sent it back. Soop arrived warm but bread roll frozen main arrived with wrong sauce possibly the worst pub restaurant I have ever been in
