If they were aiming for average they have got it just right. Service was really slow. Shame really. Nice place, friendly staff - food grim.

Looks nice, and staff are friendly. However I've been twice here in a year and service was quite slow both times. Also on the most recent visit we were served unpeeled very dry carrots and cucumber with a kid's meal. Fresh, cooked food should not be difficult to achieve for a place serving food as a business!

This restaurant is well kept and maintained to a high standard. The toilets are also nice. However, I have been to this establishment on numerous occasions and on these numerous occasions they always seem to be missing items off the menu. This is a bug bear of mine. If this restaurant struggles to maintain a large menu, decrease it in size. Or even if the restaurants chefs are incapable of maintaining a stock level of food, or are so lazy that they forget order. I suggest they find someone capabale of managing the food this place has so much potential.

For what it is and does this is an excellent place with lots of good deals. The food is fine, drink prices reasonable & the service is friendly if occasionally a bit slow. We like it!

We had the Premier Inn meal deal at the Beefeater, which was fantastic. The food was lovely, the restaurant was modern, clean and trendy, and most of all, the staff were friendly, and very professional. A credit to the company.

Good for steaks but don't bother with vegetarian options. Very basic. Roasted vegetables consisted or runner beans.

Great Service; Good Value Breakfast

Relatively quick service, was very busy and we came on the off chance we'd get a table. Accommodated in the bar area but same menu as restaurant. Good quality food, relatively good value for money.

Get meal, great staff.. A great place to have a family meal at my time of the year..
