Went yesterday for my birthday meal. We booked and were seated on arrival. Very quick service, extremely helpful, friendly and wonderful food. Had smothered chicken. Delicious! Chips were amazing. Well done Beefeater, you've got it just right. We will definitely be back.

Very pleased. And kids menu was very good and even brought on the table first of all. The food is delicious and the staff friendly.

Definitely will be visiting again!

I take my mum and dad evey two weeks . We have the same main meal ribs sometimes the fall of the bone and over times hard . The staff always nice and try to help up . If you tell then they to change it or take of bill .

I had to laugh when I ordered a steak because I asked for it cooked well done the lady told me it would take longer to cook but there's no way I'm eating steak cooked any other way because if there's blood then to me its not cooked its just the way ! Thank you

Staff behind bar not really interested in serving you unless you call them over. To busy talking. My daughter's steak was very tough. Our waitress was very nice and very good. Some of the food was good. The garlic bread with the dips was nice and my wife's sea bass was cooked very well. The new trio of sponges is very nice. Over all I would say a lot of room for improvement.

We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show us a table, breakfast wait was very very slow as we were the only people in the restaurant when it came the beans, mushrooms were cold, the pancake was rock hard the water for the tea was freezing so had to find someone for some hot water. The wait for the waitress to collect the money was around 15mins

went there for my grandaughters 13th birthday about 30 of us all pre booked about a mth in advance for 5.30 pm, sat down waited about an hour then they bought the kids meals out,waited for another 2hrs until i complained to the manager that we had sat there for over 2hrs waiting for our food all of a sudden out came our meals,i am still like others in our group waiting for our sweets which never did arrive,after complaining when paying again all the manager could say he was sorry and did not know we had pre booked,the biggest insult was that we had numerous young children in the group and after having their food and waiting for 2hrs for us to get ours you can imagine what was happening ,then to be told to keep the children quiet (what is the point of pre booking if you cannot get served and have to wait for 2hrs do not recommend)
