Great food and awesome staff. Our waitress was Katie, what a cheerful delight she was. Promot, accurate and enthusiastic that we had a good time. 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Go there regularly with my 80 year old Father. He loves the Saver menu as it's brilliant value for money. Tiffany is an excellent server. Nothing is too much trouble. We sit in the conservatory/bar area since the refurb as the main restaurant reminds me of a school canteen.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with my son last night. Have previously found the food 'ok' and the service sketchy but the food was great and the service was too. Pleased to see its now definitely worth a regular visit.

User

Always good food and excellent service you can’t go wrong eating here!!

User

The food and service was extremely good. Only short comings were the size of the roast dinner. I don't eat very much, but even I found the portion sizes a little on the small side. Other than that no problems and would go back again.

User

Supper for three of us. Two had the rump of lamb. Swear it's shrunk from the last time we had it. It's good pub food. Not sure we'd be there if not for the 40% off mains voucher.

On a recent visit to the Beefeater at Tattenham Corner, we were greeted by very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. We had one problem in that I am a full-time wheelchair user, but the staff found a table that was suitable for me and arranged surrounding tables to afford me a clear path from the entrance to the restaurant to the table in question. The food was served with no undue delay and was, in my opinion, of very good value. I would certainly recommend the Beefeater at Tattenham Corner for quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff.

New Years even was good , food nice atmosphere ok but a few years back it had a little more style ! Needs a facelift and s bigger menus

But still worth a night out

User

On our recent visit lsst night 01.04.18 we artived and it seemed like they were short staffed and the lady serving us was covering many tables and was underpressure .we waited after picking what we wanted around 25 minutes the menu seemed pretty limited as we used to go to the beefeater and the service from past visits was not the same standard..or quality .ashame.

User

No staff about plus every time we went to the bar we had to wait and wait, even when the barman went and asked for more staff to help no one came !! Barman was also rude. No cutlery or condiments where available for us to collect. There was no napkins available. I was supposed to have peas with my lunch but had salad and also a bowl of side salad ! A friend had a skinny burger that looked awful the salad looked dead !! And since when don't you give tomatoes in a salad !!!! Come on pull your finger out your service is normally much better than this. Your staff are normally very nice. And could you please add sandwiches to your menu....

User

It was ok ,but we seemed to be treated differently as we didn’t order main meals ...

User

There is never enough bar staff , the cue is a joke , and they never seem to address this issue . The food is good , the surrounds are good, just the bar lets it down

User

Started going as a family quite a bit a few years ago. Family friendly and spacious. Don’t know whether it’s manager has changed but the last couple of times, service has been terrible. No acknowledgement when you arrive and waiting for a table. Slow service, cold food and something rather disgusting in the vinegar bottle!!! Waitress was lovely and the only positive thing during our experience. We won’t be going back and would not recommend. If they can’t cope on a quiet evening I wouldn’t want to be there when it’s busy

User

Ok but why no sandwiches, especially at lunchtime and the doors leading to the garden are a lever and it is difficult to take food and drink outside when you have Both hands full

User

What a complete dump, tables dirty outside , classes pick up and tables never wiped, how people eat there beyond me.

User

Waited a long time for purchasing drink.about half hour.starters ok when we got them.main course was a stake which was cooked totally wrong.chips were greased. When we spoke to a manager who was called Barrington he was very rude.we didn't even stay for desert.we have been going here the past six years and will not be going there again while this manager is there.

User

Please secure your outside play areas!!! No fence, surely it's a small price to pay to avoid any major accidents, and would be much more relaxing for mums with younger children. It's a family/ child friendly restaurant. Any outside space should be secure if near a main road. Monkey Puzzle beefeater in chessington has same issue, even if no playground should be secured.

User

Oh my goodness tonight was a nightmare food not as described in the menu when queried the woman did not come back. People awaiting for tables0 they had booked still waiting 1 hr later. 1 barman in very busy bar and having to take food orders as well...beer battered lobster..think they need to look up what better is....awful! Just been to the local co op to buy pudding for the kids safest option! Come on Beefeater get your act together

User

Awful service, rude waitress who appeared drunk , food thrown all over the floor as she carried the food to tables and literally threw it at the customers. Waited ages to be served and again to get a dessert , at which point we gave up and wanted to leave whole evening was a huge disappointment . Awful presentation of food and half dinner was missing !!!!
