Beefeater The Kingswood

Typical beefeater no frills but ok food depending on what you choose. Last night's fish and chips was mediocre but this evening's curry was delicious. Both ales were off so nothing worth drinking really. Staff are very friendly and food was not long in coming. Breakfast not too bad either.

Came here for a meal. Nice food but very slow service. And they got our bill mixed up 3 times!

Now a Beefeater. Amazing steak and Dauphinoise potato. Seriously good staff too. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch midweek with family. Dined from the lunchtime menu. Great food at good prices with fantastic service from our waitress Julia.

We waited ages to even be acknowledged we had arrived and was waiting to be seated. Finally seated we ordered and waited for our food, and waited, and waited..... people who arrived after us asked for their food as they waited for ages too, then their food arrived straight after asking, they ate and left, and stopped at our table and suggested we asked for our food..... yes it finally arrived, after an hour and 40 minutes!!! We all wished they hadn't bothered, the food was very average & cold. WILL NOT BE WASTING OUR TIME OR HARD EARNT CASH HERE AGAIN :-( :-(

Myself and my other half went for birthday and the food was nice and reasonably priced. Service was good and staff were nice. Would go here again.

Crap beer. Tried em all. Flat flat flat....no atmosphere. Its like sitting in a hotel lobby. Food is bland and horrible staff are miserable. I beleive its undergoing a refurb. Lets see if it makes any difference

Stayed here on a business trip. It's attached to a premier Inn, which is accessible from indoors so you can stay warm.
The car park was large, but cut short because of maintenance work, but still large enough to fit a long wheel base Mercedes sprinter van and 14ft trailer horse box. Not bad.
The food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering, which was perfect to get that first drink in, although portion sizes on the food were questionable! Could have been cooked slightly longer too as the chips were quite dry. Staff on the other hand were friendly and helpful as I needed advice on the rewards card and got all the answers I needed.
Toilets were clean and apparently checked regularly, which I can believe.
Overall I believe it's an okay family friendly place if you fancied a cheap meal out, but if you are to stay in the premier Inn, bewarey of the heating as ours was very temperamental through out the night and also our kettle tripped the electrics, so no coffee could be made.

Decent quality food, but you can get some really good offers if you go at the right time.
