Very helpful staff. I was well informed and Jason took the time to ensure bike I chose was a perfect fit prior to purchasing and then spent a lot of time ensuring the one we took home was correctly setup. I have a very happy 4 year old and looking forward to new adventures.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. All round excellent service - Mark Ackers glues tubs like no other. Highly recommended!

Totally wonderful staff

Took my bike in for a service and it was sorted within minutes on the shop floor while I waited. It was assessed and just needed a gear cable replacement and the tyres pumping up. Fast, friendly and very efficient service as ever. Thank you!

Thanks guys for sorting my tubeless puncture issue. It saved my day so I could get to the TTT and not let the rest of the team down!

Thank you so much to the two chaps who helped me out this morning when I was looking for a single small bolt. New brake pads all now fitted and bike back on the road thanks to you finding me the right size pin in your box of spares.

Staff are always friendly and willing to give advice and make minor on-the-spot adjustments. I appreciate this and this is why I'm willing to pay a little extra £ buying accessories in the shop rather than at a massive online retailer. Rock on Beeline.

Snapped my chain on a ride and happened to be passing the shop. Although the workshop was closed they still replaced the link for me there and then. Fantastic service and I would highly reccommend!

Merry Christmas Beeline! You bailed me out for a second time yesterday. Whilst on a 200km journey home to prepare Xmas dinner for 9 I had a small collision which broke my mech hanger. You fixed it for me...offered us chocolates and coffee while we waited...and generally helped to turn around what could have been a ruined ride into a successful journey. Last time I dropped in with an EMERGENCY you were equally as quick to help and charming in manner. Maybe I'll be back again sooner than I hope!

I'd trust nobody else with my bike. Geniuses in nice guy clothes. Excellent team and spot on service. They got me into competition and I'm doing well thanks to them.

From carbon composites --> to the town hack...they'll sort it out for the best price in town!!

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to the guys who went above and beyond to get me back on the road today. Fantastic service and everything you'd want from an LBS.

Called in on Sunday afternoon to look at bike sizes for my wife. Jason spent nearly two hours putting her on the turbo and setting up a bike to give her the most comfortable fit. Jason was great, providing loads of knowledge and anecdotes, without a hint of sales patter.



In the end my wife liked the bike he had set up for her to size her properly that we bought it. I'm a big advocate of the LBS and with the high competition on Cowley Road, Beeline Bicycles is definitely worth a visit for your cycling needs.

Worst bike shop in Oxford? Phoned up and asked if they could ream a 44mm headtube. Told they could. Took frame in only to be told they can't. Checked website for Trabec Race helmets, all in stock. Went in to buy one only to be told the website is unreliable at the best of times and that by "in stock" they mean they can order it in. Finally told they could order me in a L/XL only to find out Trabec don't even do that size! Staff always seem generally disinterested. Bad times.
