About Beeline Broadband

Beeline Broadband provides high-speed wireless Internet connections in the Ryedale area of North Yorkshire.

Beeline Broadband Description

We are proud to offer a choice of high-speed wireless Internet services to homes and businesses in the North-Eastern Ryedale area of North Yorkshire and to those that are unable to obtain a fibre connection.

Although we cover many locations and villages in and to the south of the North York Moors, regrettably because of the nature of radio connections there will be areas which are not yet able to receive our signal. Therefore we invite potential new customers to contact us in the first instance so that we can gauge the likelihood of being able to provide you with a radio connection to our network. A free on-site signal survey is usually the best way to do this. As a rough guide, our network coverage currently includes:

Pickering, Middleton, Brawby, Newton-on-Rawcliffe, Stape, Levisham Station, parts of Dalby Forest, Broxa, Bickley, Deepdale, Crosscliff, Normanby, Salton, Marton, Sinnington, Appleton-le-Moors, Hartoft, Cropton, Grundon (near Thornton-le-Dale), Allerston, Ebberston, Wilton, Slingsby, Scackleton, Hovingham , Ryton, Little Habton, Sawdon, Yedingham, Silpho, Ampleforth, Stonegrave, Cawton, Gilling East and Scawton.

If the outcome of a signal survey at your premises is not positive then with your permission we will keep a record of your enquiry in order to build a picture of which areas have the highest demand and if enough people in your locality become interested in obtaining a high speed wireless Internet connection, we may be able to justify investment in a network extension in order to provide new service.

Around 10% of Beeline customers remain offline today after the horrendous storms last night. Luckily we've had no equipment damage that we know of, but the broadband outages are being caused by lack of grid power.
Credit to Northern Powergrid engineers evidently working as quickly as possible to restore electricity supplies. As and when they succeed, broadband will follow! Thanks for your understanding if you're affected.

We've just had beeline broadband install at our property after being with BT and practically not having any internet connection what so ever as we live on top of the wolds with no other properties around us. now we have no problems using our phones,laptops, live stream cameras and smart t.vs, even all at once! We can download films in seconds it's fantastic and the range is great. Really pleased with the service.

The folk at Beeline are amazing. I manage Wydale Hall which is a 29 bedroom retreat and conference centre. They’ve turned our connection from next to nothing to a good speed which serves our guests well. They respond very quickly to any issues and communicate really well with non-tech folk like me! Just had Beeline Broadband fitted today and I’m loving it! Our broadband was rubbish, struggled to get pictures up on Facebook! Now everything is just there, videos, Netflix, Sky on demand. It’s brilliant! Only took just over an hour to be fitted and as we had such slow speed before we were entitled to free installation. Great service!

I've had Beeline installed for about a year now and I must say that I have been impressed with its performance. I live in an area that could only obtain ADSL2 (15 Mbs down and 1Mbs up), which might be OK for most but if you want to stream Netflix in 4K you will need more than 15 Mbs. The stream from Netflix is 15Mbs for 4K, meaning it will buffer occasionally, assuming nothing else in your home is using the bandwidth!



I have the Platinum package that gives me 30 Mbs down and 15 Mbs up which allows me to not only watch Netflix in 4K but everything else I care to throw at it, all at the same time. I have not had any downtime and the service the guys at Beeline provide is second to none. Gone are the days I have to speak to someone in India if I have connections issues. I now speak to people who are as Yorkshire as I am.

After three frustrating years of living with dreadful BT/Sky slowband, and no hope of rural fibre any time soon, I was really pleased to find Beeline and am delighted with the result - and also the lovely, friendly customer service and installation experience from Selwyn and Jake :)
