Beeline Taxis Norwich

After being personally delayed in getting in the taxi (whilst letting the cabby know I would be a minute or two) because of a passenger being particulate handicapped, the cab drove off just as we tried to get the cab and when we called the office they said they were too busy to deal with waiting around. Explicitly saying that a customer paying more money was more important than one paying less so they wouldn't be able to get another cab to us for another half an hour. To make it worse, is that after saying "your customer service is terrible", they then responded with "you should call ********* as I hear they have better customer service.." just before hanging up the phone call.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and should be disgraced to call themselves a business.

Will never use them again and will deferr anyone who even mentions getting a cab from beeline, even at the most detrimental times.

My card got declined, arranged with the control officer to come back the next day to pay my debt, driver/control officer were very understanding. Great service, would definitely use again. Also one of the cheaper services to use a night time!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When you book a taxi from the fat cat brewery tap and then get called to say it is there you expect it to arrive. Unfortunately when they called they had been sent to the wrong pub. When I called the firm I was accused of being a liar even when I asked if they would like proof from other punters of where I had requested to be picked up from. Why would I request a pick up from somewhere I wasn't?! The woman was rude and obnoxious and I cannot believe she is allowed to front this firm. I have never used beeline before and can confirm I will never be using such offensive people ever again.

Absolutely amazing service from David yesterday helping me move my things from my Norwich house, friendly and helpful would definitely recommend this service!

Was rushing late to airport and this was only taxi firm that could help me out of my pickle. Driver was very friendly, helpful and made sure I made my flight. Was also very pleasing to the eye. Would definitely use again

Very expensive for a transfer from Thorpe Marriott to the nearby of ASDA, only 4.8 miles in 12 minutes of travel, this cost me 12 pound, I have usually paid between 6 and 8 pounds for the same tour.

Rude staff, hang up on you immediately. Do not call.

Edit: when I finally got through, was sworn at and hung up on again almost immediately for no apparent reason. Wouldn't recommend even to someone I disliked.

WOULD recommend Green Frog taxis. Immediate pickup where Beeline quoted 2 hours, and £7 charge where Beeline quoted £25+.
