Good start to my weekend 😁 Breakfast was porridge made from 20g oats (½ HEB), 30g wheat bran (½ HEB) & 1 tbsp chia seeds (1½ syns) topped with frozen fruit. High in fibre and very filling. Lunch was kedgeree, boiled rice, peas, smoked haddock, boiled eggs & curry powder with salad. Not had this in years. And I've been out and done some body magic too 😁 ❤️...
