Beeston Primary Care Network

Our Primary Care Network provides new and additional health and wellbeing services to our population of approx 44000 patients. Working in partnership with our 4 GP Practices, we deliver extra services such as wound care, physiotherapy, mental health support, wellbeing clinics, respiratory reviews, BP monitoring, frailty home visits, medication reviews and other innovations. Working with the wider health and wellbeing community the PCN's facilitate new roles and services to help meet the needs of their combined patient population and their carers.
