Fun and friendly Lifesaving Club, teaching people to save lives on and off the water. We train at The Lenton Centre (NG7 1RQ) on Thursday Nights from 1930 - 2030, with an additional session 20: 30 - 21: 30 for those who want to extend their fitness and development in the sport.

We offer RLSS UK awards and qualifications including the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and the National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers and Coaches. We regularly run courses and an NPLQ training session on the first Thursday of each month from 19: 30 - 21: 30.

Lifesaving offers young people who are completing their Duke of Edinburgh awards to go towards their skills, physical recreation and volunteering sections locally and the residential can be achieved through our governing body the Royal Lifesaving Society.
